Main Plot: Maturity made Bella Swan different from a typical high school student. She doesn’t have a lot of friends and always acts according to her experience after her parent’s divorce. As she moves to Forks to live with her dad, she meets Edward Cullen, a handsome and perfectly mannered man. As they get closer and closer, they realize that they have a great love for each other despite their unexpected differences. Edward is an immortal vampire aged 108 and has a unique lifestyle than any other vampire who drinks blood. For his love for Bella, he did his best not to be tempted by the smell of her blood, and like the effort of Edward made, Bella did her best to fit herself into Edward even though she knew that this love would lead to her demise. This is a movie of unconditional love to which you’ve waited for so long.

Famous quotes:

Isabella Swan: [Edward jumps down off the roof of Bella’s truck] Could you act human? Okay, I have neighbors.

Edward Cullen: I’m gonna take you to my place tomorrow.

[Pulls dent in Bella’s truck back into correct place]

Isabella Swan: Thanks… Er, wait, like with your family?

Edward Cullen: Yeah.

Isabella Swan: W-what if they don’t like me?

Edward Cullen: So you’re worried, not because you’ll be in a house full of vampires, but because you think they won’t approve of you?

[laughs]

Isabella Swan: [unsmiling] I’m glad I amuse you.

Isabella Swan: I’d never given much though to how I would die. But dying in place of someone I love, seems like a good way to go. I can’t bring myself to regret the decisions that brought me face to face with death. They also brought me to Edward.

Edward Cullen: I don’t have the strength to stay away from you anymore.

Isabella Swan: Then don’t.

Edward Cullen: And so the lion fell in love with the lamb.

Isabella Swan: What a stupid lamb.

Edward Cullen: What a sick, masochistic lion.

Isabella Swan: [to Edward, her back to him] You’re impossibly fast. And strong. Your skin is… pale white, and ice cold. Your eyes change color… and sometimes you speak like – like you’re from a different time. You never eat or drink anything; you don’t go into the sunlight.

[pause, silence]

Isabella Swan: How old are you?

Edward Cullen: Seventeen.

Isabella Swan: How long have you been seventeen?

Edward Cullen: …a while.

Isabella Swan: I know what you are.

Edward Cullen: Say it… out loud. Say it.

Isabella Swan: Vampire.

Edward Cullen: Are you afraid?

Isabella Swan: [turns to face him] … no.

Edward Cullen: Then ask me the most basic question: What do we eat?

Famous quotes:

[last lines]

Cheryl: [voiceover] It took me years to be the woman my mother raised. It took me 4 years, 7 months and 3 days to do it, without her. After I lost myself in the wilderness of my grief, I found my own way out of the woods.

[pause]

Cheryl: And I didn’t even know where I was going until I got there, on the last day of my hike. Thankyou, I thought over and over again, for everything the trail had taught me and everything I couldn’t yet know.

[pause]

Cheryl: Now in 4 years, I’d cross this very bridge. I’ll marry a man in a spot almost visible from where I was standing. Now in 9 years, that man and I would have a son named Carver and a year later, a daughter named after my mother, Bobbi. I knew only that I didn’t need to eat with my bare hands anymore. That seeing the fish beneath the surface of the water would be enough, that it was everything. My life, like all lives, mysterious, irrevocable, sacred, so very close, so very present, so very belonging to me. How wild it was, to let it be?

Stacey: You get lonely?

Cheryl: Honestly? I’m lonelier in my real life than I am out here. I miss my friends, of course, but it’s not as if I have anybody waiting for me at home. How about you?

[pause]

Cheryl: Why are you here?

Stacey: I don’t know. I just need to find something in myself, you know? I think the trail was good for that. I mean, look.

[They look up at the sunset]

Stacey: This has the power to fill you up again, if you’ll let it.

Cheryl: My mother used to say something that drove me nuts. There is a sunrise and a sunset every day and you can choose to be there for it. You can put yourself in the way of beauty.

Stacey: My kind of woman.

Cheryl: [Cheryl’s first inscription on the trail guestbook] “If your Nerve, deny you – Go above your Nerve” – EMILY DICKINSON and Cheryl Strayed.

Cheryl: [voiceover] What if I forgive myself? What if I was sorry? But if I could go back in time, I wouldn’t do a single thing differently. What if I wanted to sleep with every single one of those men? What if heroin taught me something? What if all those things I did were the things that got me here? What if I was never redeemed? What if I already was?

Bobbi: I’ve always been someone’s daughter or mother or wife. I never got to be in the driver’s seat of my own life.
