Scraps Hope Foundation (SHF) nonprofit organization exists to assist Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) in providing care for lost and abandoned animals all around Spokane County.

A volunteer-run organization, SHF, runs fundraisers to assist with the veterinary and medical treatment provided to the animals at SCRAPS. A small group of regional volunteers oversees the SCRAPS Hope Foundation.
