Grass Roots Rescue

They are Grass Roots Rescue, a place for the delightfully flawed. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog rescue.

They take pleasure in the fact that they don’t exclude any dogs because of their breed, age, or health. They don’t avoid those who need intensive medical attention or rehabilitation or who will need more effort and money.

All dogs have worth in GRR’s eyes. Every dog, in their opinion, deserves a chance at a happily ever after in their own special way. They surrender when owners cannot care for their dogs and rescue canines from dangerous situations.

In addition, Grass Roots Rescue works to provide resources for the general public and pet owners. They try their best to dispel such preconceptions.

Although they perform some rescuing, their main focus is trap and release. Since they are just getting started and have limited space, they will accomplish this later, or even sooner, once they have adequate space.

Chasing Tails Trap & Rescue

Shari and Robin saw a need in their neighborhood. Working with lost and found pets on social media was the first step.

They now serve as a resource for those who have lost their dogs. From giving guidance on what to do if a pet goes missing through, if necessary, putting up a humane trap.

Anything they can do to assist in getting them back together with their appreciative parents. They had stronger feelings of love and sympathy towards animals.

Even animal control officers attempting to capture a stray have received aid from them. They then desired to support and spread awareness about TNVR among neighborhood cats.
