Golden Retriever Rescue
Golden Retriever Rescue of Fairbanks finds loving homes for unwanted and abandoned dogs.
They are a team of committed volunteers finding new, loving homes for Goldendoodle and Retriever mix dogs that have been abandoned, neglected, or taken from their owners. They give them a second shot for a happy, permanent home and a loving family.
They serve as a clearinghouse for dogs looking for new homes and keep a list of potential adoptive households.
They accept Golden Retriever and Golden Retriever hybrids (as well as many other canines with “golden” traits) for adoption. Until they are adopted, the dogs are fostered in volunteer homes.
Additionally, they provide information, clarification, and education about these extraordinarily unique species.
