Morris Safe House Foundation

On the South Plains is a non-profit no-kill dog rescue center called Morris Safe House. They care for each dog’s psychological and physical requirements to transition smoothly into their new homes.

The Mason-Pittsburg dog door connects the covered indoor/outdoor runs of the Morris Safe House, which is climate-controlled. Concrete floors inside and out may be easily filled with water thanks to their valve watering system. The water drains into a channel that empties the septic tank’s sewage system.

Their furry friends receive clean bedding thanks to their food preparation and laundry facilities, which also allow the correct sanitization of food bowls.

Saving Grace Pit Bull Rescue

As resources permit, they help the municipal shelter with Pit Bulls and rescue dogs they come across, hear about via calls and emails, and come across. Their rescued animals receive first-rate veterinary treatment and a secure environment to heal from the cruelty and neglect they have endured.

Their ultimate aim is to help all the animals they rescue find loving, valued homes where they can be accepted for who they are. A group of pals started their rescue.

In their neighborhood, there was a critical need for Pit Bull advocates. Nearly 2,000 Pit Bulls are taken in by the Lubbock, Texas, animal shelter each year, and 80% are put to sleep there.

This “species” faces major problems in Lubbock and around the country, including overpopulation, abandonment, homelessness, prejudice, and brutality.
