Johnny Mercer, a songwriter and singer, and Jim Williams, a character from John Berendt’s novel “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil,” formerly lived in the grand estate.
To his credit, Williams has been tested 4 times for one crime—a brutal murder that occurred directly in the middle of his home.
While you won’t be able to see the alleged crime scene, you will be able to look at the other parts of the property.
