After the birth of their second child, the couple’s love of exploring new places led them to the jungle regions of Costa Rica, where they found inspiration for their business.
In Puerto Viejo, the couple learned how to make traditional dark chocolate free of filler ingredients and made from high-quality cacao beans.
This eventually became the spark for their skill in chocolate making.
Their single-origin bars of chocolate is made with organic cane sugar and are sold in the small-batch chocolate shop that they own and operate today.
The beans used to make the chocolate come from all over South America and Africa.
