As she progresses, Sissy’s thumbs get more prominent, and the bigger they are, the more strongly she feels the need to use them for a more significant, more cosmic cause. Sissy decides to embark on a hitchhiking expedition. As a result, she is using her peculiar thumbs to attract attention from motorists on highways across America.
