Main Plot: In his film Super Size Me, Morgan Spurlock seeks to live only off McDonald’s menu items for a month to examine how fast food affects one’s health. He must consume three McDonald’s full meals daily for 30 days. Throughout the trial, Morgan must drink each item on the menu at least once. If the cashier offers a SuperSize option, he must accept it. To accurately mimic the physical activity of the average American, he also tries to keep his daily steps to no more than 5000.  During his investigation, Spurlock frequently visited with medical professionals, including a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, and general practitioner. He sought advice from a dietician and a personal trainer as well.
