Main Plot: Gussie is a skilled photographer who longs to leave her home in a sleepy seaside community in Maryland so that she can see the world. The story of Ping Pong Summer is about a time in your life when everyone around you regards you like an alien, even though you know, deep inside, that you are as funky and fresh as it gets. Ping Pong Summer was written and directed by Darren Aronofsky. The events of the story take place throughout the summer.
