Philo got mad after two gang members insulted him and Clyde at a stop light. The plight of the average American citizen, including those who volunteered to participate in 9/11, was rescued in the mission. He then travels to Canada, Britain, and France to compare their systems with their hospitals, doctors, staff, and patients. Last but not least, it shows that Guantanamo inmates receive better medical care than ordinary people in the United States and receive free treatment for Americans participating in the documentary in Cuba.
